Debate this weekend will shift to the relations between Rwanda and Uganda, as well as regional corperation as the two Presidents meet for extended face-time visit starting Friday according to sources. Much of the visit will take place at President Paul Kagame’s country home. The Ugandan side is represented as well by government officials drawn from the Ministries of ICT and Trade. The President is expected to be accompanied by family members yet to be announced. However President Paul Kagame’s wife and children this month spent a weekend in Kampala- a sign of improving ties in the rapport between the two states where personal and historical ties have long been crucial.
