About
Having lived all my life in Uganda, and traveled some, I am proud to be Ugandan and believe that our country and its people have a great future. We have the resources to improve our lives and those of our brothers and sisters in the region. However a better future starts today with how much we want it, and what we are willing to do to achieve it.

I appreciate what you are saying. Have spent some years working in Northern Uganda with Save the Children (not Invisible Children). My wife Linda and I started Community Action Fund for Women in Africa (cafwaafrica.org) to work with the women of Northern Uganda trying to reintegrate into their communities as they came home from the conflict and captivity.
Check out CAFWA’s work in this video: http://vimeo.com/10024492
Many thanks for all that you are writing about.

Mr Thomas Cole, would it be thinkable to see “Save the children” AND “Invisible Children” work together. ? Fundamentally it seems they have the same goal ? And if not, why ? Thank you to any one who can give me an answer.

You have never disappointed my great regard for you, Angelo! Keep up the good and noble fight; it’s through such selfless efforts that the destiny of Uganda, our motherland -the great pearl of Africa -shall be defined, sought and, surely, attained, why not.
